*Deposits are determined by highest usage average during prior 12 months.  See minimum deposit amount above.  In most cases, deposits are returned after 12 consecutive on-time payments are made.  Contact City Hall for deposit amounts on a particular property.  Letters of credit are not accepted in lieu of deposits.  

 

Monthly utility invoices are mailed the 7th of each month and payments are due on or before the 26th of each month to avoid penalties and late payments.
